* ACCEPT *

Manages your accept list, kinda the opposite of .gag list.  When you are 
ignoring tells (.ig t) you can specify people in your .accept list that you
want to be able to tell and remote you anyway.

The accept list is saved between logins.

If you type .accept without any parameter it will show you a list of people you 
are allowing to .tell/.remote you even when you are ignoring tells from 
everybody else.  If you want to erase your accept list, type (.accept .)

Every time you type .accept user user user, the names will be added if they 
don't already exist, and deleted it they do.

eg .accept livewire		/* accept livewire */
   .accept livewire phenol      /* unaccept livewire, and accept phenol */
   .accept .			/* erases the entire list */
