* BTELL *

Some controversy has formed as to the use of this command.  Its main function 
is to grab your attention.  This is useful to people who have more than one
window.

A person on this chatter may .btell   at the one who isn't 
looking at this particular board and have more assurance that their .tell got
through.  This command may be abused however if a person continuously beeps 
someone.  We ask that you do not take this for granted and respect the other 
people on this board.  Thank you.
