This command will clear the buffer so that there won't be anything when
another person types .review.  This usually used when someone wants to hide
something that may be embarrassing or supposed to be no one else's
business.  Though we discourage this secretive behavior, it is useful in
avoiding awkward situations.

The conversation buffer is automagically cleared when a room changes from 
private to public.
