* CEMOTE *

This command emotes something to a channel.

Syntax is: .cemote [channel-number] what you want to emote

If you leave out the [channel-number] it will send the message to the last
channel you accessed, if it can figure out what that was.

eg .cemote 1 slips and falls 
   .cemote yawns
