* COPEN *

This command opens a connection to a channel, if the channel is already open,
it will try to connect you to it (if the channel is private you will have to 
know what the channel-key (password) is and supply it on the .copen command
line), if it isn't open yet, it will create a new
channel channel-number for you.

Syntax is: .copen channel-number [channel-key]

eg .copen 1
   .copen 5 secretpassword	/* opens an existing private channel */
