This command says something to a channel.

Syntax is: .csay [channel-number] what you want to say

If you leave out the [channel-number] it will send the message to the last
channel you accessed, if it can figure out what that was.

eg .csay 1 Howdy doo
   .csay Blah			/* sends Blah to last channel accessed */
