Allows you to set up things you want to ignore, Shouts, Tells, Login/Logout
messages, Atmosphere or all of the above.

eg .ignore s		/* ignores shouts */
eg .ignore t		/* ignores tells */
eg .ignore l		/* ignores login/logout messages */
eg .ignore a		/* ignores atmosphere */
eg .ignore f		/* ignores flashing text (makes it bold) */
eg .ignore p		/* ignores portal text */
eg .ignore x		/* ignores eXit/enter messages (also disables yours */
eg .ignore i		/* ignores inverse text (makes it bold) */
eg .ignore b		/* ignores beeps */
eg .ignore e		/* ignores everything above */

Login & Logout messages will still be displayed, even if ignored, for users
who enter and leave the room you are in.

You can also use ignore to time-delay all message receipt, using the command
.ignore * will set up messages to only be displayed after you press the
return key.  Watch out though, there is only a limited buffer size, then we
start dropping the oldest messages.
