* MAKEROOM *

Lets you define the name, and the description file for your own custom room.

The room name will be prefixed with your login name, so a room name of "Place"
will become "Livewire's Place"

You can use .makeroom to create or change your room description, but you don't
need to .makeroom every time you want your room around.  Just .openroom

eg .makeroom
