* MREMOTE *

Sends a remote emotion/action to a specific set of users.  Only the users that
the action was directed to will see it, so with this command you can send 
private emotions/actions to specific users.

Note: you do not have to be in the same room as the person you are .mremote'ing 
to use this command.

Also note that the user will be notified that the message is going to a group,
however they will not be told who is in the group.

If you don't specify any user names, the users will be filled in from your
.alert list.

Usage is:

    .mremote user user user user user : action........................
    or
    .mremote : message............	# sends to all users in .alert list

eg .mremote livewire phenol jasmine : gooses you
