* MTELL *

Sends a private message to one or more users in the universe.  Nobody else 
will see the message, this is similar to whispering in somebodys ear.  
Note: you do not have to be in the same room as the person you are .mtell'ing 
to use this command.

Also note that the user will be notified that the message is going to a group,
however they will not be told who is in the group.

If you don't specify any user names, the users will be filled in from your
.alert list.

Usage is:

    .mtell user user user user user : message........................
    or
    .mtell : message............	# sends to all users in .alert list

eg .mtell livewire phenol jasmine : hello there
