* PSAY *

Says somthing into a portal, see the discussion of portals in (.view 
whatsaportal).

You must be in an open portal room, and be the portal owner, or be grranted
access to the portal to .psay anything.

** WARNING **
If you do not own the portal, but have been granted access, anything you say
to the portal (i.e. passwords etc) will be echoed to everybody in the portal 
room.

If you own the portal your .psays will not be echoed unless you turn on 
.pverbose first.

eg .psay Howdy-Doo
   .psay .who
