* SETUP *

Walks a (typically new) user through the steps necessary to get their user
name set up.

Setup helps you set the following things:

    crmode, rows, columns, gender, birthday, email, autofwd, homepage, and
    personal info.

Once you start .setup, there is no way to stop it without completing it.  You
can press return to skip any question you do not wish to answer, and your
current information will not be changed.

Completing this information does not guarantee a promotion.
