* VOTE *

Lets you add your vote to the massively important issues here on the system.

The vote command has several forms, .vote alone shows you what you will be 
voting on .vote yes or .vote no or .vote 1-9 (as appropriate) will cast 
your vote.

Using .vote results (.vote r) will give you the results of the last vote taken
and .vote history (.vote h) will give you a history of the votes taken to date.

NOTE: Your vote will only be counted once, therefore the last time you vote 
for an issue is your final vote (should be known as the .waffel option).

eg .vote
   .vote yes
   .vote no
   .vote 5
