The Kitchen:


This kitchen is impeccably clean, even though the cook is busily preparing
food for his customers outside.  He stands by the grill, flipping patties 
and toasting buns while, at the same time, he's assembling sandwiches, 
tossing ingredients into the soup of the day and fixing up plates full of
delicious smelling food.   It wouldn't be quite as impressive if he wasn't
mopping the floor, emptying the grease bin, and wiping down the counter at
the same time.
